Agent License Renewals
Resident and nonresident licenses expire every two years on the last day of the licensee's birth month. It is possible that licensees may be given longer than the required minimum of 24 months. For example, if an agent applies for a license March 1, 2016, with a birth date of January 30, 2016, the agent's license will expire January 31, 2019.
Agent licenses are available to renew 60 days prior to the license expiration date.
Attention Agents: Beginning February 1, 2021, renewal notifications will be sent only by email to the business email address on file within 60 days of a licensee's expiration date. You may refer to the
bulletin that was issued November 25, 2020 for additional details.
