Building Access
| Appointments are preferred before visitors arrive, but walk-ins are allowed. Enter the plaza level of the building at the Webster Street entrance. Check in with the security desk to receive a visitor badge. Use the central elevators to access the second floor where the OCI reception desk is located. Receptionists will assist you from that point.
