Renew a Resident or Nonresident Intermediary Firm License
Renewals open 60 days prior to license expiration date. License renewals are due on February 15th of every even-numbered year (biennium).
The Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) for the firm must be actively licensed in their resident state.
- Resident Intermediary Firm—License Renewal Fee of $35
- Nonresident Intermediary Firm—License Renewal Fee of $70
Intermediary Firm License Renewal Steps
- Update firm address, e-mail, designated responsible licensed producer information in writing by e-mailing
- If renewing online at
www.nipr.com, use the National Producer Number OR FEIN during the renewal process.
- Renew online at
www.nipr.com or a
NIPR authorized business partner.
- Pay annual renewal fee of $100.
Print license online via State Based Systems (SBS).
