On May 18, 2023, River Falls Mutual Insurance Company (River Falls), a 612 town mutual insurer, filed a statement on behalf of the Applicants. River Falls along with Trade Lake Mutual Insurance Company (Trade Lake), also a 612 town mutual insurer, intend that Trade Lake will merge with and into River Falls. After the merger, in accordance with the agreement and plan of merger, Trade Lake will cease to exist, and the surviving entity would be River Falls.
