These policies are not part of the Time liquidation.

Brief History
Time Insurance Company was incorporated in Wisconsin on February 11, 1910, under its current name. Over the years, there have been a number of name changes until it was changed back to its current name on February 28, 2020. For a complete history of Time's name and ownership changes, please see the last

Prior to Time entering run-off, it marketed long-term care, individual life and annuities, individual medical, and small group self-funded business.
On May 18, 2020, the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance petitioned to put Time into rehabilitation. The court ordered rehabilitation on July 29, 2020.
