The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) has implemented a Financial Filing Portal for companies licensed as domestic and non-domestic insurers to make financial related filings electronically with the Division of Financial Regulation. Use of the Financial Filing Portal is optional but highly encouraged. The following is a list of filings that can be made through the OCI Financial Filing Portal:

Prior to making your first filing, you must get a login and password to the Financial Filing Portal. Please see the information at

We are also accepting applications for new insurers and changes in control, mergers, and acquisitions electronically. To file this,
