Annual Update
Section 625.32 (2), Wis. Stat., requires every organization which has applied for a license under s. 625.32 (1), Wis. Stat., to promptly notify the Commissioner of every material change in the facts or in the documents on which its application was based and remit a $100 annual renewal fee. This updated information and annual fee is due on the anniversary of the original licensing date of the RSO. OCI does NOT send notification of the annual renewal fee. Failure to remit the annual fee will result in the inactivation of the licensing of the rate service organization. In order to become licensed again, the rate service organization will be required to reregister as a new rate service organization with another initial $400 fee.
Please complete the annual update and email it with the required documentation to OCIrateservice@wisconsin.gov.
