The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) is moving to a new location November 4, 2024.

Insurers, agents, and other licensees are reminded that they are expected to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information for OCI on policy forms, policyholder notices, public adjuster contracts, and other documents as required by some state statutes or administrative codes. Licensees should ensure that they remain in compliance by updating OCI's street address anywhere our previous street address appeared. Licensees are also encouraged to review their websites and other locations where OCI's street address may appear.
