Comprehensive Health Rate Filings - Transitional

​To determine whether a company is eligible to file a simplified rate filing for non-ACA complian​t, non-grandfathered products renewing in 2020 or later, please see the OCI Bu​lletin​​ ​regarding transitional products. If the company does not meet the requirements for a simplified rate filing, the following documents are required for all rate changes on non-ACA compliant, non-grandfathered products renewing in 2020 or later.
