On September 20, 2016, the Applicant filed a plan to acquire control of Southern Guaranty Insurance Company, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Stock Purchase Agreement by and between General Casualty Company of Wisconsin (Seller) and Premier Servicing, LLC (Purchaser).

Southern Guaranty Insurance Company is a Wisconsin-domiciled property and casualty insurance company that was incorporated in 1952 and is currently licensed in nine states. SGIC is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Casualty Company of Wisconsin and a member of the QBE insurance group.
