On February 4, 2016, the Applicant filed a plan to acquire control of Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Stock Purchase Agreement dated January 13, 2016, by and between Armco Insurance Group, Inc. (Seller), SOBC Gamma Holding Company Limited (Purchaser), and Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (NNIC), a Wisconsin domestic insurer.

Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a Wisconsin-domiciled property and casualty insurance company. NNIC was incorporated and commenced operations in 1869, and is licensed in nine (9) states, including Wisconsin.
