Information of the Proposed Merger of Kenosha County Insurance Company with and into Mt. Morris Mutual Insurance Company

On September 6, 2023, Kenosha County Mutual Insurance Company (KCMIC), a 612 town mutual insurer, filed a statement on behalf of the Applicants.  KCMIC along with Mt. Morris Mutual Insurance Company (MMIC), a 611 mutual insurer, intend that KCMIC will merge with and into MMIC.  After the merger, in accordance with the agreement and plan of merger, KCMIC will cease to exist, and the surviving entity would be MMIC.
