​​Information on the Proposed Merger of Helenville Mutual Insurance Company With and Into Central Wisconsin Mutual Insurance Company

On November 17, 2023, Helenville Mutual Insurance Company (HMIC), a Wisconsin town mutual insurer,​ along with Central Wisconsin Mutual Insurance Company (CWMIC), a Wisconsin town mutual insurer, filed a statement on behalf of the Applicants.  HMIC, along with CWMIC, intend that HMIC will merge with and into CWMIC.  After the merger, in accordance with the agreement and plan of merger, HMIC will cease to exist, and the surviving entity would be CWMIC.
