Medicare Supplement Rate Application

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

Health insurers in Wisconsin can choose to submit their Medicare Supplement rates for all plans they offer annually. If submitted, the rates will be presented to consumers applying for the Medicare Supplement plan during their open enrollment or guaranteed issue periods. This application makes the data collection process more efficient for both submitting companies and OCI.

You will need a MyWisconsin ID to enter rates.
