Examination Reports - Market Conduct

​​​​The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI), Division of Market Regulation and Enforcement, conducts market conduct examinations. These examinations focus on the business practices of insurers and producers and are designed to monitor marketing, advertising, policyholder services, underwriting, rating, and claims practices. Examination reports that focus on the financial condition of insurers can be found at financial examinations​.

Links to the most recent market conduct examination reports can be found on this webpage. All prior market conduct reports are public record and a copy of the report may be requested through OCI Records​. Copy charges do apply.
