All warranty contracts and, if applicable, the warranty reimbursement insurance policy must be approved before the certificate of registration will be issued. No registration will be considered completed until all items on the registration form have been completed and all required forms have been completed, filed, and approved.

OCIVPPs@wisconsin.gov. The subject line should indicate: "Vehicle Protection Product Warranty."
To Submit a Warranty Reimbursement Insurance Policy
The warranty reimbursement insurance policy must be filed with and approved by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, using the usual policy forms submission procedures. Insurers are reminded that the product category is "Liability" and the product code is "CTL." For ease in identifying the policy, the subject line should indicate: "Vehicle Protection Product Warranty Reimbursement Insurance Policy."
