The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance frequently provides speakers on a variety of insurance issues. If you would like someone from OCI as a speaker, please follow the steps below. OCI staff will check the availability of speakers and resources for the issues you are requesting. Allow two to three weeks for processing and please note that later changes to the original request may affect speaker availability.
Step 1: Submit Online Form
To complete the form, simply click on the link below and fill in the data fields on the form. Click the Print Form button on page 2 of the form to print a copy for your records. Click the Submit button on page 2 to submit your request to OCI. It is recommended that you print out a copy for your records.

Step 2: Submit Cover Letter and Proposed Agenda
Email, fax, or mail a cover letter and proposed agenda so that we can have as much information on your event as possible to assist us in the review process.
