The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) publishes bulletins to provide information or interpretations about insurance regulations. The bulletins are issued as the need arises to explain new regulations or discuss interpretations enforced by OCI.
Prior to issuing a bulletin, OCI will seek public input through the hearing and comment period. Below is a list of currently proposed bulletins.
