All OCI publications may be copied without permission as long as there are no additions or alterations to the publication.​

Publications Requ​​ired for Distribution

Insurance companies and agents are required to distribute the publications listed below to prospective purchasers. The full text of each publication is available on our website.

OCI does not supply bulk quantities of these publications.

Section Ins 2.14, Wis. Adm. Code, has been modified to require insurers to use the most current version of the NAIC Life Insurance Buyer's Guide. The effective date is January 1, 1998. View and download a copy of the NAIC Life Insurance Buyer's Guide - opens in new window - opens in new window.

Section Ins 2.15, Wis. Adm. Code, has been modified to require insurers to use the 2013 Buyer's Guides for Annuities published by the NAIC. The rule applies to solicitations of annuities that commence on or after March 1, 2​016.
