On January 18, 2017, the Applicant filed a plan to acquire control of Blue Ridge Indemnity Company, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Stock Purchase Agreement by and between General Casualty Company of Wisconsin (Seller) and LOTS Intermediate Co. (Purchaser).

Blue Ridge Indemnity Company is a Wisconsin-domiciled property and casualty insurance company that was incorporated in 1981 and is currently licensed in six states. Blue Ridge is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Casualty Company of Wisconsin and a member of the QBE insurance group.
