Application for Certificate of Authority for Nondomestic Insurers
Chapter 618, Wis. Stat.

Effective October 18, 2000, Wisconsin began use of the NAIC Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA) for applications for nondomestic Life and Property & Casualty insurers. A link to the NAIC UCAA site is provided below.
