U.S.-Based Reinsurer
Due March 1 NAIC Annual Statutory Statement
Due June 1 Annual Audited Statement
Foreign-Based Reinsurer
Due February 28 Year-End Trust Statement
Due March 1 NAIC Annual Statutory Sta​tement
Due June 1 Annual Audited Statement

U.S. based reinsurers approved under s. Ins. 52.02 (3), Wis. Adm. Code do not need to file an annual statement or audited statement with OCI if the filings have been made electronically to the NAIC.

Reinsurers can provide the above annual filing requirements to the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance by email to ocireinsurance@wisconsin.gov.
