In addition to this page, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) is also using adminrules.wisconsin.gov for another format to get rule-making information. This format will be used by many state agencies to provide a consistent way to view rule information. The site has "help" on how to search for rules and submit electronic comments on rules during the hearing process. When searching for a rule by rule number, all OCI rules are in the format: Ins ##.##.
