Examination assessment invoices must be paid on this Web site by electronic funds transfer (EFT). No other method of payment is accepted. Payment of invoices are due to this office on March 1 of each year.

Each invoice has the amount due. No adjustments can be made to the invoice.

The following page will request your NAIC ID and invoice numbers which are available on the invoice(s) provided by our office.
