Examination assessment invoices must be paid on this Web site by electronic funds transfer (EFT). No other method of payment is accepted. Payment of invoices are due to this office on March 1 of each year.
Each invoice has the amount due. No adjustments can be made to the invoice.
To make a payment, click the "Make a Payment" button below which will request your NAIC ID and invoice numbers which are available on the invoice(s) provided by our office.
To review a payment, click the "Payment Inquiry" button. Payers may also cancel a payment using this functionality on the same business day of the payment.
