from the State of Wisconsin to the State of Iowa

On October 13, 2006, CUNA Mutual Insurance Society filed a plan to transfer its state of domicile from the State of Wisconsin to the State of Iowa pursuant to s. 611.223 (2), Wis. Stat., and to become a foreign insurer in the State of Wisconsin under ch. 618, Wis. Stat. On November 2, 2006, similar plans were filed for CUMIS Insurance Society, Inc., and MEMBERS Life Insurance Company.

The request, along with all pertinent correspondence and statutorily required information, will be placed in this section of OCI's Web site.
