Lists of insurance agents licensed in Wisconsin are available in self-extracting files (for a Windows environment) and may be downloaded using the information below. Both report formats are free of charge and the data is updated weekly. The data is available in simplest form for use in a variety of systems and/or applications of the users' choice. Note: The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance does not provide support for downloading or use of this data. Records questions can be directed to email@example.com.
Agents or companies must update agent information through procedures found at the following link: address change. The licensed agent must always resolve missing or incorrect information. The data provided in these files reflect information about agents and not the companies that they represent. Agents may represent numerous companies and possess authorities that a given company may not possess.
Other customized formats are sold through Sircon Corporation at (877)876-4450 or firstname.lastname@example.org
