This subgroup advises the Commissioner on proposed administrative rules implementing Wisconsin Act 218 relating to health insurance coverage of nervous and mental disorders, alcoholism, and other drug abuse problems. The subgroup has five health insurance company members, one agent member, three members representing the business community, three members representing hospitals, three provider representatives, two consumer advocates, and two legislative members.
