Life and Disability Advisory Council
This council, created by s. Ins 6.79, Wis. Adm. Code, advises the Commissioner on regulatory matters in the areas of life and disability insurance. The council has four insurance company members, two agent members, and three public members. The Life and Disability Council was separated into two councils—the Health Advisory Council and the Life Advisory Council. This was done in an effort to better respond to current market issues.
